Missing steps on many days!

This summer I have missed many days of recorded steps.  I have tried the recommended fix of deleting the Go365 app, restarting my phone, reinstalling the app many times, to no avail.  I think I would be to Silver status by now if my steps had all been counted.  Here are the dates that step data is missing:  (Steps are found on Apple Health app)


May 30-June 3

June 7-11

June 19-26

July 1-2

July 9-11

July 19-August 1

August 4-today, August 12, 2019


Can my steps be added to my account?
