My fitbit is not syncing with my Go365 app. It has not synced since 8/01. I have uninstalled and re-installed multiple times. HELP!
Thank you so much for letting us know what steps you have already tried! Are your steps showing on your Fitbit account? Can you please disconnect Fitbit from Go365 and reconnect it with your Fitbit email and password login?
