If you are in a family policy, all Points and Bucks will combine into a family total. Only the subscriber is able to make purchases with the Bucks. Keep up the great work!
I'm not earning bucks for any of my activities. The only bucks I've earned were from reaching silver and that was all.

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern! I can see that you have hit the max amount of 30,000 Bucks for the plan year. You can verify this by adding your total number of Points, carry over Points and any Bucks only earnings.
This will reset at the start of your new plan year and you will begin to earn the Bucks again.
