I just started using the Samsung Health app for my new watch, but only some of my steps sync from it to go365.... losing out on points
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern about your steps. Earlier this year, S Health had a recent update. In the update, All Steps, will automatically display the combined number of steps through Samsung Health. "All steps" will combine the number of steps counted by both your smartwatch and smartphone, and then show you the combined number of steps, so we won't miss a single step you've taken throughout the day.
That is why the watch and app will show the same total, even though some steps are duplicate steps when the watch and phone are carried together. Since the phone and the watch are two separate devices, only the one that tracks the higher number of steps will award with Go365.
For example, if someone walks 10,000 steps with their watch and carry their phone for the last 1,000 steps, their devices will show 11,000 but only 10,000 will show on their Go365 account. This is because Go365 will treat their phone and watch as two separate devices and only the highest number of verified steps will be sent and awarded.
