I am not getting any points for all the steps I take each day. I have probably lost several hundred this year so far. It is frustrating.
I apologize for any frustration, and am happy to help! Unfortunately I do not see that you have Samsung Health (S Health) paired with Go365. What type of phone do you have? If you have a Samsung phone (other than a J series, currently), then you will need to sign into the Go365 mobile app to connect S Health. When connected, be sure to allow all data types to be shared with Go365.
Please let me know when you have completed this.
What is the difference in the J Series of Samsung phone? I have the
Samsung Galaxy J7. Is this is reason there is a problem?

Unfortunately there is an on-going issue with the Samsung J series not being able to connect with Go365. Due to the ever-changing demands of mobile technology, there can be unforeseen difficulties with some devices and apps. We cannot guarantee a timeframe as to when this issue will be resolved.
I can confirm that this issue is currently being worked by the Samsung development team. Please note that that Fitbit Inspire is only 2,500 Bucks in the Go365 Mall, currently, and there are also other mobile apps that you can try!
