I have completed all 6 sections of the Health Assessment at least 4 times in the last month and the site still says that I have not completed it. In addition, I did not receive points with either completion.
I am so sorry you have been doing the health assessment over and over. I can see how that would be frustrating. I looked into your account and see the issue. I have created a ticket for our IT department to resolve the issue. I will post on this thread when there is resolution.
