help! I never received an account verification email and it's not letting me ask for another.
I am sorry you are having troubles logging into your Go365 account. We do normally recommend using a personal email address - sometimes if members use a work email address our email could be blocked by your employer. Here are some helpful tips regarding our two step verification.
I am using a personal email. I ended up calling support and they opened a
ticket for me. Thank you. Hopefully it will be resolved soon
