I believe this was just a timing issue - and I am sorry for any confusion. It can take up to 24 hours to receive points for your steps after you sync your device. We check through out the day for your steps. At the time you checked Go365 we had not processed all of your steps for that day yet.
Your Fitbit is connected with Go365. You can tell this by going to your Go365 statement and clicking on Daily Workouts - this will tell you the source you are getting your points from.
