My husband and I use the same email address and I was told that he had to have a different address in order access Go365. I put in a different email address for him and now it won't accept it. Now what?
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Did you create a new a whole new email account (with gmail, etc) for your husband, so that you each have your own email for each of your Go365.com accounts?
