My location and Bluetooth are on. It says there is no beacon.
I apologize for any confusion! Not all participating facilities have a beacon, and I show that this location does not. If you haven't already, you will want to sign into your Go365.com account (using a web browser, not the Go365 mobile app), click Quick Links > Participating fitness facilities > search via zip code > choose "Earn Points at this facility" under the location > click "Connect your accounts." On this page you will enter your email address, your facility ID/number on your scan tag for Planet Fitness, and your gym enrollment date.
Once the connection is established, we will automatically received your check-in information within 5 days of each check-in.
