How do I upload data from a Peloton ride to my Go365 account?
Peloton looks like a very fun product! Unfortunately, we are not currently compatible with their systems. If you would like to be awarded for your peloton rides, then you would need to track your calories and/or heart rate with a compatible device that sends Go365 that information. Here is the complete listing, along with other good information: Device and Workout Guide
I apologize for any inconvenience!
Thanks for the reply. What is frustrating is that you integrate with programs like Strava, which is also integrated with Peloton but you won’t accept data from Peloton through Strava! Do you think we are going to cheat? Additionally, you aren’t integrated with any spin bike system so it’s not just a Peloton issue. I think that you grossly oversell the capabilities and utility of Go365.
I apologize for any frustration. That is correct; we are not sent any data through third party devices (Peloton through Strava, for example). We have not received much feedback from our members in regards to adding Peloton as a compatible device (a lot of work goes into partnering with a device/app company to ensure that our servers, etc. are compatible with each other (things are ever-changing)). I would be happy to submit this feedback on your behalf!
Thanks please do. I would say that the more useful update would be to accept third party device data, a much faster way of expanding your reach. It’s an automatic push/pull between Peloton and Strava and since you already accept direct Strava data, what’s so hard about accepting third party or don’t you trust your partners?
I will submit this feedback on your behalf. Thank you for providing us with your input!
I would love to see Peloton added also!
Thank you for your feedback!
Please add Peloton. Thousands are doing indoor workouts now as a product of Covid 19.
Thank you for your feedback on the addition of Peloton. We will be sure to inform members if compatibility is achieved. Great use of the virtual workout functionality, and keep up the awesome work!
I receive credit for Peloton rides with Go365. I have a Fitbit Ionic and I'm a Strava user.
- I have my Peloton account set up to share data with both Fitbit and Strava.

What I don't know is which platform is providing Go365 with my workouts. I suspect the points are all coming from Strava on calorie based workouts while steps only points (non-workout days) are coming from Fitbit. Strava is a pass through. When I run, I track it via GPS on my Fitbit. That data gets posted to Strava, then shared with Go365. When I ride Peloton, that data gets shared with Fitbit and Strava, with heart rate data collected by Fitbit. I believe Go365 then collects the workout info from Strava, not from Fitbit.
It might be because Fitbit adds heart rate monitoring - so with a heart rate monitor you would get credit, but without you don't? I completed a one hour ride on Sunday, good for over 1,100 calories and received 50 workout points from Go365.
