My steps are showing up on my Fitbit app, but not the go 365 app. But it is saying they are synced
I can confirm that your steps, and Points, have now updated. Please be sure to frequently open your Fitbit mobile app, and allow the sync to complete (even if you have all-day sync turned on, you still need to open the app). After syncing, your steps are sent to Go365 within 24-48 hours.
