My Go365 app just updated about an hour ago and now it will not connect to the Samsung Health app. Any one else having the same problem?

Same here this is stupid
I'm having the same issue, it shows connected in my samsung health app, but not connected in go365. I've uninstalled and reinstalled twice and gone through the steps to connected them both times. I'm also missing steps since the 25th after I just went through uninstalling and reinstalling last week to get my steps through last week to sync. It's getting very frustrating having all these issues with go365 and samsung health.
I am having the same issue! I have 20,000 steps to log and it says I'm not connected to S Health. I try to connect and it will not let me.
I'm having the same problem. It will not let me connect. I haven't had any steps counted since August 16th.
My Samsung Health app says its connected to go365, but The Go365 says it is not connected to Samsung health.. It will not connect
YES!!!! This is unacceptable . Does no one test the updates, before they push them out to us ????

I just purchased a Samsung Galaxy Watch and have been trying to get the Samsung Health app connected with the Go365 app. Have uninstalled and reinstalled. Have tried chatting with Go365 support. Still not working at all. Really frustrated.
