App has disconnected and won't connect. Why?

Same here. After the most recent update, go365 won't reconnect to samsung shealth. It goes through the motions, but doesn't actually stay connected at the end. Good work guys....
Doing the same with Apple Health also.
Same problem. I uninstalled the Go365 app and re-installed it. I tried all the "How to connect Samsung Health" videos. It's been working up until Aug 31.
Same here!! I thought it was wirking fine as usual, counting my steps and syncing/dumping the information into my Go365 account so I can continue earning points towards the next level status. However, it is only counting the steps now and has completely disconnected.
Juat when I realized and tried to reconnect, Samsung Health has not been able to reconnect at all. It disconnected as of Aug 31st 2019. Can we please get some assistance or clarity as to what happened?
Also not working here. Can not connect to it. Also noticed Go365 no longer 'runs in the background'.
