Unable to connect samsun health with go365

I have tried to connect my samsung health with go365 but after turning everything on and clicking done I am taken back to the App & device connections and samsung health is not shown as connected.


I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling go365.  I've also verified that me device meets the minimum requirements, galaxy s9+.


Samsung health was syncing data properly until 7/31.
