I have my account linked to my Fitbit and for the past 3 days my account is not showing the correct points based on my steps. I have tried deleting and relinking my Fitbit and it didnt correct the issue. Ideas?

On Thursday, August 29, I had more than 7,421steps on my Fitbit and the app is only reflecting 1 point. On Friday the 30th, I had 11,645 steps and the app is only reflecting 2 points. The rest of the days are correct, but those two days are way off. I can send you the info from the Fitbit app if you need to verify the steps. My insurance changed from Humana to Blue Cross, so maybe that had something to do with the error? Thank you for any help you can provide:)
