My steps last synced for Thursday, August 29th. I should be receiving points in the Go365 app but nothing is registering.

my steps last synced from my Apple Watch on 8/21. I have made sure everything is connected and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Will I get credit for all the steps and challenges I participated in? Is there anything I can do differently as it states the problem you guys are aware of didn’t start until 8/30?
