Uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing....still the same. Yes the app is connected to the other as well.

I’m experiencing the same issue. Go365 seems to have more and more problems with syncing. My Apple Health steps haven't synced in days and just a few weeks ago, my Strava workouts did not sync UNTIL I added a post on the community site. Manual intervention should not be the way in which our steps and workout points sync
I don’t know if will help the IT staff, but it seems as if since a recent update, when I log into Go365 using Face ID, it seems to open normally but then goes back to the log on screen where I have to click on the face again to have it open fully. It’s as if Go365 isn’t authenticating and opening all the way the first time.
