Health app data stopped being imported on 8/30/19

My steps stopped counting part way through the day on 8/30/19. I removed and reinstalled Go365 on the 31st to try to fix it. Nothing. Contacted support on the 31st and was told by to wait 24-48 hours. Well, it’s been that and so far zilch. I'm missing at least 36 points as of today and I’m sure it will be more because of the bonus 50 points you get for maintaining so many steps per week. With how hard it is to actually accumulate points, this is very frustrating.
