Fitbit not syncing with Go365 since 8/24/19

My fitbit has not synced with Go365 since 8/24/19. I have contacted customer service twice about this issue and it hasn't been fixed yet. Last time this issue occurred I was able to email screenshots from my fitbit account, but this time around they didn't allow me to do that. How do I go about getting this issue fixed and be able to send my screenshots over so that I may get credit? Thank you
