Hasn't connected to Samsung health since 8/30.losing out on steps . What's going on with it ?
I am sorry for the concern with your Daily Workouts, thank you for reaching out to us! Currently, there is a delay in the information coming from Shealth. This is also causing an issue with getting Shealth reconnected to Go365. Our IT department is aware of the issue and they are working on a resolution. As far as connecting to S Health I deleted the app I've deleted the app from my phone and reinstalled it. I was able to reconnect however, I did not get my points from August 31st going forward..
