My app hasn't been syncing since June 26th!! What's going on? I have Apple Health. I am also unable to log in to my app but I can on a desktop. Please help! I workout almost everyday!

Can you follow the process below?
Uninstall the Go365 Mobile app
Check for IOS updates
Restart your phone
Reinstall the Go365 Mobile app
Reconnect Apple Health and allow all data to be shared
If you still get the error message, can you attach a screenshot? I would be happy to take a closer look for you!
Even though my username and password is working on a desktop, this is the error I get on my app. I have reinstalled several times. Please assist.

Can you please provide your phones make and version (IOS/Android) and the version of the Go365 Mobile app.
I am now able to get in to the app but my steps haven't been syncing since 9/7/19. Can you please check on this? It is very frustrating.
Thank you! When you were able to log back into your account, did it have you reconnect your Apple Health account to Go365? Please check to make sure that all data is set to be shared with Go365.
I did not. My Apple Health has been connected the entire time and says it still is to my Go 365 account.
