How can I chat with a contact to send documentation of steps for the first three days of transition from Go365 through Humana insurance to Go365 stand alone?

I have been using Go365 through Humana for the past year and seven months. When our company switched insurance plans this summer, the app seemed to convert on Sept. 1, however I lost steps for the first three days of the month. I deleted the app, re-downloaded, and the miles/steps are still not uploading to my account. I'd like to take screen shots from Health for the first three days to send to a contact and have the data included in my account. Thank you.
