The app records my steps daily. and it was working out just recently stopped. It's not showing connected on the screen but when I try to connect it in settings it shows it's already connected.
What can I do from here?
We are sorry for the troubles with getting points for your steps. I just checked your account and can now see we are receiving data from Samsung, Garmin and Strava. You should notice on your Go365 statement daily workout points for each day.
