I’m missing points from aug 21-25. I am not getting points from my fitness pal either . Please email me with help
Are you referring to Apple Health for missing Daily Workout Points 8/21-8/25?
In regards to myFitnessPal, that mobile app can only be used to earn Points for the Weekly Log mobile app activity. You need to make sure the activity is set (and re-set every 28 days), and that you are logging either weight or food (whichever you chose when you set your app) within myFitnessPal. If you do, then you will be awarded up to 10 Points per week.
Yes I’m referring to that. It’s connected to the both to fitness pal and 365 but I’m not receiving the points. Also I’m missing points from aug 21-25. 365 never recorded the points .

I can also advise that you do not want to have myFitnessPal paired with/connected to Apple Health. To earn Points using myFitnessPal, please follow my instruction above. You will want your account connected directly to Go365 (not through Apple Health).
