It sends the verification code, but when entered it continuously spins and says loading. Is this related to the error that IT is working on or can you help me solve this issue?
I am sorry that you are not able to login to the Go365 app/website. I recommend rebooting your device and trying again. (you will need to ask for another code) If the issue continues please let us know and if you could supply screen shots that would be helpful.
