I have not received any points through my Go365 since 9/5 I updated, deleted, reconnected and still hasn't synced. I am in a contest that started Sunday and still no update. Please help
I am sorry that your steps are not coming through to us. I see you use a Fitbit; I tried to manually pull your steps to us - but there was nothing to pull. Please check your Fitbit account to see if there are steps listed there. We don't get your steps from your Fitbit device, rather your Fitbit account. If you do not see steps on your Fitbit account please sync your device. You should see your steps/points on your Go365 account up to 24 hours after you sync your device.

Ok I have discovered the issue apparently when the issue arrived last week I had deleted the app and signed into an old acct under my personal email acct. I called Fitbit customer service to ask how I can combine the 2 email accounts and go figure there is no way to do that, I can export the missing information, but cannot import. Is there any way that you can update the go 365 acct if I send you the export?
