My app says “no Go365 coverage when I try to log on. I tried to delete the app and reinstall, but it is still happening. What should I try?
I am sorry that you currently don't have access to your Go365 account. I have created a ticket for our IT department to investigate. Please be patient as we resolve the issue. I will post on this thread once I have resolution.
It started working again
Never mind. It just locked my account
