Has not loaded steps since 8-28-19

I had did that step already. Once I hit done, it takes me back to the page
to connect with Samsung health and never connects the ap

I would then suggest uninstalling Go365, rebooting your phone, reinstalling Go365 then reconnect Samsung Health. Your steps should come through within 24 hours.
