Fitbit not syncing and I cannot create/join challenges. Help!

I try to join or create a challenge and it tells me an error has occured along with my fitbit not syncing to go365 since 9/6/19. I've disconnected and reconnected and nothing has helped.

 

Suggestions? I nerd this to sync so I can progress closer to platinum!
