My phone (Samsung Galaxy J7) is still not connecting correctly or counting my daily steps. I have to play log in roulette to even get onto the Go365 app. This is what I have to do: type my username and password (it will not let me update the saved info), click 'go', wait for 30 seconds while it tries to connect, then use the back button to exit, & then click on the Go365 app. Finally, I am logged on. Next problem? It doesn't count my daily steps. I get about 8,000 steps per day, but they have never been counted. Yes, I have connected the S Health app to Go365. Also, none of the challenges I sign up for give me any credit. I already did the uninstall steps recommended early in September.
