The go 365 webpage has been down for construction for over a month when will it be operational?

I have been able to access the website and app all month. There is a known issue that IT is working on...

Well here in ga no one in my company can get go365 app or website to work. I just checked and it said that it is temporarily out of service. What is my next step thanks for the reply.
I don't know what y'all did but you fixed the problem and the go365 app is
working fine and also my coworkers thanks.
