Login and Touch ID no longer working

Over the last two days, when attempting to login using the same login I've had from the beginning, I receive a popup message that "Login failed" No_Go365_Coverage. Although our employer no longer offers Humana, we had an option to sign up to continue with Go365 and I did. Thank you for assisting with sign in and Touch ID.
