Successfully changed my password on go365.com.....when I try and login / update my password on the mobile app....it says my login is invalid. Please fix ASAP. Thank you.
I can understand the frustration. Are you using your username or your email address when you are trying to login? If you are still unable to get in, can you please try uninstalling and reinstalling the Go365 Mobile app to make sure that you have the most up to date version?
If you can please attach a screenshot of the error. I would be happy to take a closer look!
I tried with both email and username to no avail. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled the application… And now it says my access is locked. This is obviously a bug: credentials that work on the web should work in the mobile app! Please open an incident with the development team. In the meantime, do I now have to reset my password?? Moments of my life lost.
