Thank you for that information! I am sorry for my confusion, I can see that Shealth and Fitbit were uploading. What type of phone are you using? When did you last uninstall and reinstall the Go365 Mobile app?
Thank you for helping I'm working with someone and have a case number. I
called and really got a lot more information on how to use go365. Dana is
working with me so I'll keep working with her.
