I just switched phones and my new one doesn’t seem to sync up my weight log with Humana. Please help!

My last phone died. The weight log synced up well on that one. I’ve been registered for doing the log this whole month, and have noticed that it won’t record anything now from My Health app on my new phone. I’d like the accountability and I want the points that I committed to getting by weighing, if y’all could help me to sync these, and if I could get the points from this last month’s log too, that would be great! Thanks!
