I redeemed points for 2 Target gift cards. It says that it was sent via email, but I never received it. How do I get it re-sent?
Unfortunately, we are unable to resend the confirmation email. However, all of the codes are listed in your Order History on your Go365 account.
For Target, the Challenge Keys will be listed, select the hyperlink to enter and view your Gift Cards.
I did this. It only gives me the option to copy the code. Can’t view the gift card.
Are you looking in the Go365 Mobile app or the Go365 Website? Can you please try going through your phones internet browser at www.go365.com. The code in the order history will be a hyperlink that will take you to where to enter the challenge key.
