I agree with everyone regarding this site and how bad it is.
This site is horrible, I've wasted an hour on Sunday, and two hours on Monday talking and getting transferred from agent to agent with absolutely no solution. All I want to do is spend my credits before my trip, looks like that's not going to happen. I filled out survey and gave them my two cents.

Agreed. I have been trying to receive my missing points from august to September for a couple weeks at least now. Even though someone has emailed me about it and I have sent pictures of my missing points I have yet to receive them. Also have not received my points for my flu shot I submitted 2-3 weeks ago. And I haven't gotten any activity points for the last 10 days. If I did not have to participate in this to get a deduction on my insurance then I would not use this site/app at all.
I apologize for the delay. Your Points for those days have been updated! Unfortunately, I am unable to see a flu shot submitted. Were you submitting through the Go365 Mobile app or the website? Are you able to resubmit your proof and let me know? I would be happy to take a closer look for you!
I have not received any activity points since October 8th now. I thought the site was supposed to update points every couple-few days?

I refreshed my phone app a few times and all of my activity points and points from my flu shot are showing up now, thanks

Some one with Go 365 needs to try the site, try it before you put it out for Humana members to use!!!! Even sign in doesn't work, so if you can't get in - how can you do ANYTHING!!!!!!
