I have had at least 5,000 steps over the past week and go365 has not synced with my Fitbit. I also haven't gotten the 50 point bonus for having 50 points in a week.
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern! It can take up to 24-48 hours after syncing, however, Fitbit can only send the last 7 days worth of data at a time.
I am not seeing that any steps were received for those days, can you please check your Fitbit account to make sure that they are listed? I would be happy to take a closer look for you!
