uninstalled and re-installed and now my device is not recognized...

What do I do?  I haven't synced since August 29th and no I tried to uninstall both the Samsung Health and Go365 apps and now the Go365 app will not recognize my device.  Won't go past the New Device page after clicking CONTINUE
