I cannot get through email verification

As the title mentions, I am unable to complete the verification process via email. This started when my points hadn't synced for over two weeks and I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app. After doing so, I was prompted to enter an email code and attempted to do so several times. However, after entering the code, my app will stay at a white loading screen. I've left the phone unlocked and plugged into the charger for as long as reasonably possible without disturbing it and no success. I'd like to be able to log into my account so I can continue tracking points and getting my lost points back would be an added bonus. Thanks!
