After I click on the continue button, it does nothing. Stays on the page
Thank you for bringing this to our attention! Does it give you an error when you select continue? Are you using a mobile browser? The Living Lean Courses may not be compatible with the mobile browser you are using, are you able to try a computer or desktop browser?
No it doesn’t give me an error, nor does it change pages. After I click the “continue” button it just stays on that page. I am using a mobile browser. I do not have a computer any more at my home.
Thank you for that information! Unfortunately, after taking a closer look, the Courses and Conversations are not compatible with most internet browsers because they use different java software and pop up windows.
However, if you get to the step to continue the course, you may see a spot that says "Click to continue in a new window" You will want to follow that link and there will be a pop up blocked, allow the pop up to be opened. This will take you to your self helps work courses.
I used a desk top computer and was able to go on to the pop up window. The lesson started but after about 4-5 mins it paused and wouldn’t continue. What should I do now?
Where you able to close out and try opening it back again? You may need to check your internet connection. Please try and use Google Chrome or Internet Explorer for your browser.
