No steps have posted for a month
Thank you for providing that information! I can understand the frustration that it can cause. When you reinstalled the Go365 Mobile app, were you able to reconnect Apple Health and allow all of the data to be shared?
No. It is still not connecting. It doesn’t appear that I am the only one having this issue

I am having the same problem. I wear my fit bit every day and have not earned points for steps or workouts since August.
Is this supposed to be support???? I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled twice and the app hasn’t synced in over a month. Any help?????????
