I am missing points since August 1st, 2019 through September 19, 2019.  Also, my account was deleted in May and then fixed, but it took until June 11th to fix.  I didn't get any points during that time.  My husband's account has not synced with his tracke

am missing points since August 1st, 2019 through September 19, 2019. Also, my account was deleted in May and then fixed, but it took until June 11th to fix. I didn't get any points during that time. My husband's account has not synced with his tracker since August 1st and he too is missing points.  We both have Samsung Galaxy s9.  I am very frustrated because this is a known issue with the app.  Please advise how we get our points.
