am missing points since August 1st, 2019 through September 19, 2019. Also, my account was deleted in May and then fixed, but it took until June 11th to fix. I didn't get any points during that time. My husband's account has not synced with his tracker since August 1st and he too is missing points. We both have Samsung Galaxy s9. I am very frustrated because this is a known issue with the app. Please advise how we get our points.
