Help! Most of my bucks have disappeared. I had over 7,000, now there are only 88. I haven't bought anything off of the store. I am cer frustrated. I know i am not the only one with this issue.

This happened to me last year. I was unaware that you had to spend point every year or loose them. I lost over 10,000 points at the beginning of this year. I was very upset as well when I called and found out that was why.
Hi! I just double checked your account and I did not see any Bucks expired. Each plan year the Points will only roll over 10% while the Bucks will roll over for up to three years. Please let me know if there is anything that I can take a closer look at! I would be happy to help!
