I have not been able to log into my account for at least 5 months now. I've submitted several inquires through your customer service phone number, but have yet to hear back. I recently cleared the cache from my computer AND deleted the app from my phone & reinstalled it, but no luck. The app continues to load and load after submitting a confirmation code, while the browser login states "". Can anyone assist with this ongoing issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
