Help Please! ***Fitbit not working***

Help Please! I had used and sync in my Fitbit to my account and it was working just fine, after it run out of battery I charged and now it tells me to connect and download the app....everything was there as it was before and it would not do anything main screen comes up and then it's all dark, I contacted Fitbit directly and they had some suggestions for trouble shoot that didn't work. Don't know what to do anyone else going through this?
