I'm having the same issue in the app. I'll enter my username and password successfully, but then it will tell me it's a new device (it's not) and have me confirm my account through email. It then takes me back to the login screen where it tells me "Login Failed. Unable to log in at this time. Please try again later."
The website however, will allow me to log in – it just asks me to confirm my account every time, regardless of whether I tell it to remember the device or not.
Thank you for that information! Do you frequently clear your cookies or internet history? This will cause you to need to re-verify your device each time.
I can see that you were recently able to access the Go365 Mobile app, please let me know if you are still having the issue!

I need help with this as well as not being able to log in at all for 5 days because I get an error message.

I cannot log in from my Samsung 8 phone. I have changed the app about 5
times now. I had it when you did the upgrade...still get an error message.
Still get treated like my phone is new everytime.

Now I cannot get in on my laptop. This app is really awful. I cannot earn
points as I have been locked out in one way or another for a month now.
I apologize for the delay. Please let me know if this is still continuing. I have checked with our IT department and there are no errors showing on your account.
I do not get an error message on my android anymore but I get treated like
it is a new device everytime I sign in I have to wait for the code. If it
is working on my phone, then it won't let me sign in on my laptop. Clearly
there are glitches.
