App error

My app has not loaded property for two or three days. I need to submit my results for my activities to get points. Can somebody please tell me what the problem is. I uninstall the app, turned my phone off, rebooted my phone, and reinstalled the app. You can no longer check for updates in the App Store with iOS 13 so I cannot do that. I have attached a screenshot.
