I’ve received this error message when I log in to my Go365 app since Friday 10/4 - “Sorry we are unable to load the resources at this time. Please try again.”

This is not an answer and I don't know why it's being categorized as Correct. I have had the same problem since 10/1. Please post a fix or answer.
